3 Week Personal Training Boot Camp Trial (12 sessions)
Personal Training Boot Camp is our large group training program (up to 18 clients per class).  Clients perform strength exercises with controlled rest periods to illicit a cardio response which in turn improves overall fitness and increases metabolic demands.  Boot camp is ideal for generally healthy adults looking for improved fitness and fat loss.  Classes are 60 minutes.

6 Small Group Personal Training Sessions Trial
Small group training focuses more on traditional strength training, agility and power development.  The class size is smaller and moves at a slower pace than Personal Training Boot Camp.  Due to the smaller class size there is more personal attention and modification to meet each client's unique needs.  The sessions are 60-75 minutes.
